An assessment is our first meeting and discussion about your personal history (injuries, surgeries, medical conditions), goals and timing. We, you and I, will to dig into your "WHY" and find that deep motivator to get healthier. We will also assess your current fitness level and find your strengths and weaknesses. In going through your goals, we will utilize the SMART method. Your goals should be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Timely.
30-Minute
One-on-one attention on you and your form. Personalized workouts for you to be completed in 30 minutes. I will coach you through your tempo and pace to get the best outcome from your 30 minute session. You must warm up on your own and complete your own cool down stretches. This package has the option to include 1 or 2 personalized "at-home" workouts for an additional $30 per workout.
$160 - 1 session per week (4 in person sessions = 4 weeks)
$320 - 2 sessions per week (8 in person sessions = 4 weeks)
$480 - 3 sessions per week (12 in person sessions = 4 weeks)
60-Minute
One-on-one attention to help you power through your workout. All attention will be on you, the client, during these 45 minutes. I will watch your form and coach you through when you feel like you want to give up. This package includes warm-up and cool-down. This package has the option to include 1 or 2 personalized "at-home" workouts for an additional $30 per workout.
$260 - 1 session per week (4 in person sessions = 4 weeks)
$520 - 2 sessions per week (8 in person sessions = 4 weeks)
$780 - 3 sessions per week (12 in person sessions = 4 weeks)
In semi-private coaching, there will be up to a total of three people working out together in each session. You can call your friends and workout together or make new friends and push each other as we go through our session. I will be coaching everyone through each exercise but you will have the power to go at your own pace.
$220 - 1 session per week per person (4 weeks = 4 sessions)
$440 - 2 sessions per week per person (4 weeks = 8 sessions)
$660 - 3 sessions per week per person (4 weeks = 12 sessions)
Online coaching, 4 personalized workouts a week, 4 weeks, with bi weekly check ins.
Short, sweet, simple! First, we conduct an assessment, preferably in person but through video chat as well ($100, as described in above "Assessment"). There we discuss your exercise history, any injuries or medical concerns, your "why" for this program, your goals, and anything else that comes up.
Then, I create four workouts for you to complete for four weeks at your favorite location. We will conduct bi-weekly check-ins to make sure you are still on track and to answer any questions or concerns that come up. During these check-ins, we will discuss how the workouts are going, conduct any form check or modifications, or add, delete, or change an exercise depending on progress.
**Three month commitment to begin, then month to month after that.**
